Our auction items will consist of new as well as antiques & decorative items and goods that come from house clearances we undertake from across Surrey, bought items from our network of dealers, storage facilities, removal and waste companies.
We normally market them within our store and rotate them when necessary, but now if they do not sell within a time frame of our discretion we will enter the items into secondhand land auctions.

A premium of 10% plus VAT is payable on the hammer price of each lot. (A minimum premium of £1.00 plus VAT per lot) and an internet charge of 3% + Vat
Viewings are available Wednesday to Saturday from Midday to 4.00 pm once auction is live. We invite everyone to come and view lots in our online auction viewing area at our store.
This gives you the perfect opportunity to review an item up close and see whether or not you are interested in placing a bid or two.
The Latin phrase meaning ‘Let the Buyer Beware’ is a legal term that applies to goods sold by auction. It means that items are ‘SOLD AS SEEN’ and you do not have an automatic right to a refund
Most of the items for sale will be second hand so you should look for signs of wear and tear. Electrical items are tested for safety and fit for purpose; however we cannot guarantee the longevity of their life span
We will endeavour to describe things as accurately as possible in our listings, but even we can make mistakes where Imperfections, damages or losses maybe missed in descriptions.
We strongly recommend that prospective buyers / agents should satisfy themselves as to the condition of a lot before placing a bid. For those unable to attend, we are happy to provide a condition report upon request.
Collection of Your Lots
Goods and buyer’s premium must be paid for in full, before lots can be removed from our store.
Lots must be cleared (removed) within 5 days after the sale takes place. If you are not able to manage this please contact us before bidding to discuss your requirements..
We offer a postage & packing service on smaller items unless we deem an item is to fragile to send, please request a price before placing a bid to see if P&P is available on your particular lot.
We do not offer a delivery service on larger furniture items, but are happy to assist with the loading.
Buyers may send their own courier, but all lots must be paid in full before lots are removed.
Paper work must accompany the courier before goods are released and a contactable telephone number must be given..
We cannot be held responsible for any damage however caused once the lot has left our store.
We accept the following methods of payment debit or credit card & bank transfer.
Bidding on a lot is considered a contract and you are obliged to purchase the item.
Secondhand Land Auctions policy is the same as in store, refunds are only given should an item not be fit for purpose it was first intended. So please read lot description carefully.
Some items will be sold as scrap or parts, due to the trend in upcycling, therefore the fit for purpose rule does not apply.
You may not change your mind due to size/colour or not fitting in with your particular décor theme.
However if you feel that you have a legitimate reason for not buying the item, you must contact us prior to the end of the auction emailing your reasons to: email@example.com where we may or may not accept your reasons.
